Mr.
Guanglin Lai has served
as the chairman of the board
of directors since June
2007 and as our co-chief
executive officer since
September 2007. He is also
a director of Brothers Capital
Limited, Agria Corporation's
largest shareholder.In 2002,
Lai founded Ace Choice Management
Limited, a company specializing
in promoting business and
investment activities between
the PRC and other countries,
and subsequently founded
Aero-Biotech Group Limited
in 2005, where he currently
serves as director and Co-chief
executive officer.
Mr.
Lai is the chairman of the
audit and nomination committees
and a member of the remuneration
committee of KXD Digital
Entertainment Ltd., a Singapore-listed
company that manufactures
and sells audiovisual entertainment
products. He holds a Bachelor's
of Business degree in accounting
from Monash University,
Melbourne, Australia and
is a certified pubic accountant
in Australia.

Mr.
Kenneth Hua Huang has served as
our co-chief executive officer
since July 2007. Prior to joining
Agria Corporation, Mr. Huang was
the chief representative in China
at Union Switch & Signal Inc.
, There, he established the company's
office in China and served as
the head of its China operations.
From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Huang served
as the country sales GM of GE
Rail China. From 2000 to 2002,
Mr. Huang was a senior vice president
in charge of B2B business at 8848.net
(China) Ltd.
Mr.
Huang holds a bachelor's degree
in communi-cations from Xi'an
Jiaotong University and a master's
degree in computer application
from Beijing Agriculture University.

Zhixin
Xue – Director/
Chief Operating
Officer

Mr.
Zhixin Xue has served as
chief operating officer
of Agria Corporation since
June 2007 and director since
August of the same year.
He is responsible for overseeing
the operations of the company
since 2000.
Mr.
Xue was selected as a “National
Outstanding Entrepreneur”
and named an “Outstanding
Entrepreneur of Shanxi Province”
in 2005, while awarded the
title of one of the “Outstanding
Entrepreneurs of Taiyuan”
successively from 2002 to
2005 by local governments.
Mr. Xue is a member of the
Shanxi Committee of the
Chinese People's Political
Consultative Conference,
a political advisory body
in China and holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in medicine
from Shanxi Medical College. |

Mr.
Yeung has served as chief financial
officer and director of Agria
Corporation since February 2007
and September 2007 respectively.
Prior to this, he was an audit
senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers
where he stayed from 1991 to January
2007 and gained expert knowledge
in statutory annual audits, financial
due diligence and preparing PRC
companies for listings on overseas
markets.
Mr.
Yeung is a member of the Hong
Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants
in the UK and holds a bachelor's
degree in accounting from the
University of Ulster in the UK. |

Juliana H. Xu, - Chief
Technology Officer

Dr.
Xu has served as chief technology
officer of Agria Corporation since
May 2007. Prior to joining, she
worked at TPG growth Asia (2006),
Tianjin Biochip Co., Ltd (2007)
and was a research scientist at
Avon Products Inc.'s global research
and development center, from 2004
to 2005, where she developed products
for the Asian market.
Dr.
Xu received a Bachelor of Science
degree in biochemistry from Grove
City College, Pennsylvania, an
MBA from Hong Kong University
Science and Technology and a Ph.D.
in molecular biology from Cornell

Weizhong Wang- Chief

Wang has served as chief
strategy officer of Agria
Corporation since July 2007.
From 2000 to 2007, Dr. Wang
served as chairman and president
of Denong Seed Science and
Technology Development Company,
a company that engages in
the development, production
and marketing of corn, rice,
cotton and other agricultural
products in China.
Dr.
Wang holds a Ph.D. in agricultural
economics from the Chinese
Academy of Agriculture. |
