Agria Files Annual Report on Form 20-F for Fiscal Year 2013

BEIJING—December 18, 2013 -- Agria Corporation (NYSE: GRO) (the "Company" or "Agria") today announced that it has filed the Company's Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on October  18, 2013.
